If I am in a non-dispensing state, how can I earn points or redeem rewards on LATISSE® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03%?
If you live in a non-dispensing state, unfortunately, you are no longer able to earn or redeem points on LATISSE® in a pharmacy.
Every year on the anniversary of your Brilliant Distinctions® registration date you will receive a $10 reward. In order to be eligible for this reward, you must have made a qualifying purchase within the last 2 years from either a participating Brilliant Distinctions® Provider or from a Brilliant Connections™ storefront. Your anniversary reward will expire three (3) months from the date it was deposited into your account.
You can earn points towards future savings at participating providers on each BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA), JUVÉDERM® XC, JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC, JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ XC, or JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC treatment, or KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid) injection 10 mg/mL, or CoolSculpting®, or every SkinMedica® purchase, any Natrelle® Gel Breast Implants, or REVOLVE™ Advanced Adipose System, and every LATISSE® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03% purchase. Only your doctor can determine which products and treatments are right for you.
When you earn 600 points within a calendar year, you will qualify for Gold Membership and be eligible to earn 50 bonus points on every treatment. Earning 1200 points within a calendar year will qualify you for Diamond Membership, where your points will never expire, as long as you maintain your status, and you will be eligible to earn 100 bonus points on every treatment.

CoolSculpting® treatments should be no more frequent than every six (6) weeks. You will not be awarded points for a CoolSculpting® treatment received less than six (6) weeks from your last treatment. You may earn points for a maximum of eight (8) treatments per treatment session and a maximum of eight (8) treatments per rolling 12 months. Points will be issued by the provider for each treatment and purchase. At the end of the transaction, an itemized list of the point breakdown will be displayed in the Rewards History tab of your profile on the program website or mobile app.

Points can be redeemed for rewards. You may create rewards based upon your earned points and present that reward to a participating Brilliant Distinctions® Provider to redeem for savings on qualifying treatments. You will not need to create rewards for online redemptions. 100 Points = $10!
Rewards can be created for a maximum amount of $100.
Yes. Your rewards expire 9 months after the date of the last time you earned Brilliant Distinctions® points.
If printing is not an option, you can either write down the reward code listed on your created reward, or utilize the Email feature that displays after a reward is created. If I live in a state that only dispenses LATISSE® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03% via the pharmacy, what options do I have to earn points or redeem rewards on LATISSE®?
The following states may require LATISSE® to be dispensed via the pharmacy: Massachusetts, Montana, New York, Texas, and Puerto Rico.
To earn points at the pharmacy, create a Points-Earning Certificate.
You will receive an email confirmation from us within 5-7 days of your transaction letting you know that you have earned points from your LATISSE® kit(s) purchase.
To redeem a reward at the pharmacy, create a LATISSE® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03% reward.
There is no need to also create a Points-Earning Certificate; the reward will also allow you to earn points on your transaction.
There are a few steps that can be taken to correct this issue.
The points confirmation email is not necessary, but you should check to make sure your email address is correct by looking under My Profile after you have signed in.
Note: Make sure to add NoReply@brilliantdistinctionsprogram.com as a safe sender to ensure these emails are being delivered.
You have the option to cancel a reward once it’s been created.
Note: You cannot cancel a reward after it has expired (9 months from the date that your last points were earned), and your points used for the reward will revert to their original expiration date. If that date has passed, your points will be removed.
You should cancel the reward on the program website. See detailed instructions for canceling a reward in the “What if I accidentally create a reward?” FAQ above.
If additional assistance is needed, you can contact the customer support line at 1-888-324-2745 (9 AM-8 PM ET, M-F) and speak to a representative who can help issue a new reward.
The program is only accessible through the Internet. This includes program registration and redeeming points. If you don’t personally have Internet access, we suggest that you ask if your provider has Wifi available in office, or visit either a local library or Internet café.
